Steve was manning the desk when we stopped by. He was very informative and honest especially with restaurant recommendations. Two scale model displays - one of old Havre de Grace and one of a barn with the horse stalls on the 2nd floor. Small bathroom...More

Yes it's run by volunteers. However, that means it's not always open and they don't put a sign on the door or notice on their website or change their voicemail message that they're closed, despite the appearance on the door and in printed materials that...More

This is the best visitor's center ever. The folks are eager to help you find what you want in Harve de Grace. They are proud of their city and enjoy pointing out the best things to do and points of interet.

We stopped by as it was our first visit to Havre de Grace. The volunteer there was very very helpful. There are brochures of attractions in the area as well as the state of Maryland at large. Many thanks to the nameless volunteer.
