My husband and I throughly enjoyed our excursion with Rugoza. It was very informative - we learned so much about both the lobster industry as well as information about lobsters and the interesting life and mating habits. It was also entertaining and a fun tour!

We were two couples, all in our 60s. This outing was one of the highlights of our Maine trip. We learned a lot about lobsters and the trapping of them.

The captain and mate just did a great job. Explained everything in great detail. Pulled about seven traps and lobsters in every one. Got to handle...if you wanted. Showed us the difference in males and females. Told us everything. Just perfect.

It would depend on the weather I guess. The boat is wide and flat but does rock a bit. The captain had motion sickness pressure point wristbands available for those who wanted them.

No. We do not have a commercial license and cannot sell lobsters. We are an educational boat only and all lobsters are returned to the water at end of trip.
