Tucked along the shoreline between KPT and Biddeford is a sugar sand beach with no rocks to step on. Parking is limited during the summer but if you are looking fo a good walking beach in the off season give it a try. nice ocean...More

As someone who's accustomed to crowded NJ beaches, I loved Goose Rocks for it's privacy and room to play. It's a pretty spot, and we had no problem w/ parking b/c our innkeeper made us promise we would get a pass from the General Store....More

We have been renting on Goose Rocks for over 20 years. The appeal was the quiet, calm sandy beach and the lack of almost everything else. No crowds, no constant cries for mini golf or go carts. Yes, a clam shack or consistent restaurant would...More

We happened to go to the General Store and learned we would need a parking pass to park at the beach (they sell them - $15/day). AND, the restroom situation is clearly a bigger problem - they don't have them. Period. I loved the beach...More

Lovely beach just beyond the quaint fishing village of Cape Porpoise. It's worth seeing but be aware that parking is nearly impossible. Lots of road work going on currently, so more of the usual KBP traffic!

Stayed in Kennebunkport and Goose Rocks Beach was very close. It's a beautiful beach, quiet and relaxing (the section we were in). You can go for nice long walks and the water is quite shallow with sandbars. Water is chilly but nice to walk in...More

This beach was only about a mile from our campground. Dogs are allowed before 7:30am under voice command and until 8am on leash. Took our Wheaten Terrier and new PBGV pup. Met other friendly dogs and owners. Beautiful scenery also made it pleasant.

Great views and beach walks here. Great summer community and Kennebunkport is just down the road. Many restaurants nearby

This is the prettiest beach with the softest sand in the area. Parking is difficult. This is nice for kids because of the little sandbars that form when the tide is higher.

This is a gorgeous beach with very little seaweed, (today, at least). The crowds are small and the views are breathtaking. Good for walking, beach combing for shells, reading, sunbathing, swimming, boating or SUPs. You need a parking permit, though! Consider taking a bike or...More

We were there off season so it was fine while we were there….but I think we read on a Maine travel website that dogs are allowed before 8:00am and after 6:00pm during beach going season. It's a lovely beach! Have fun!
