Blue corn bourbon, micro distillery
Jul 2021
We have been to many distilleries in and around the country, and this is a great micro-distillery.

One thing that makes this place unique is its use of blue corn.

We parked up by the park and took the bike trail over to the distillery. Everyone was super friendly and attentive to us.

We picked up a bottle of the Bottled in Bond wheated bourbon. Would recommend this place to any bourbon lover.

Cozy, funny, unique, intimate Tour that you shouldn’t miss
Aug 2021 • Friends
Nate led a cozy, funny, and delicious heartfelt tour. We started off by enjoying 2 of their high ryes, bourbon maple syrup on a yummy bourbon cake, and spicy bourbon pickle. All so very good together! Then, went into the distillery and learned a lot details we haven’t learned before on other tours. Fascinated that they use blue corn! Finished up with a delicious old fashioned & took home a bottle of small batch (really, micro batch!) and pickles. Don’t miss this gem- cheers! 🥃

A Nice Small Distillery
Aug 2021
Great tour led by Mercer. It was nice to experience a small, intimate distiller, seeing the process from a different perspective as opposed to the larger distillers visited earlier. The only drawback was that they didn't have the blue corn bourbon when we were there.

Small distillery, good tour
Aug 2021
A very small distillery. Tour was informative and we sampled three of their alcohol products along with their bourbon infused maple syrup and spicy bourbon pickles.

This was our first distillery in Lexington and it was exactly what we were hoping for. Steve, our tour guide, offered just the right mix of facts, history, and hospitality. He answered all of our questions and even gave us recommendations for future travels. If you’re looking for an excellent tour and tasting, don’t miss this distillery. Call ahead because they book up pretty quickly.

Bourbon Distilling 101!
Jul 2021
Our guide chose Bluegrass as an excellent example of craft distilling. Having the tasting first, rather than last, heightened our understanding the process.
