I very much enjoyed my visit to the Hunt-Morgan House! Our tour guide was thorough yet very engaging. The museum on the second floor was very interesting to see as well. I highly suggest the Hunt-Morgan house to anyone stopping at, or passing through Lexington.

This house is linked to so many interesting historical events in Kentucky, especially the Civil War. The docents really know their stuff and make history come alive.

Temporarily Closed for renovations, but a beautiful short walk from the visitors center. There is an information brochure available near the front entrance, and a historical marker for more information about the area !
