Visited the old stone jailhouse and got a wonderful lesson on the history of town. The lady that lead us around was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Her love for the region shows through. We will definitely be back again.

My family history led me here to do research. I found so much more. The Old Jail tour was fascinating, for a small town there is a lot of history. Denise, the Director was so friendly, helpful and knew so much...even a great lunch recommendation.

This old building is a must see, if you enjoy historical buildings. It is free and the guide is nice and friendly. A great place to bring children it is made of stone a wonderful glimpse into the past. Loved it!

Excellent and knowledgeable staff who can help find anything related to Franklin, KY. There are also tours of the jail in the same building.
