Amazing tribute monument for our men of the nation of USA. Spent some time with friends here and discussing that very day. Very sad day and will never forget the place is very peaceful and makes you think of many events in life

This exhibit is small but powerful. Reading the accounts of each flight brought tears to my eyes. I couldn’t help but say a prayer for the victims and their families. We must not forget. This was a great tragedy that I pray never happens again....More

Yesterday, my friend and I went to see the 9/11Memorial. He and his wife moved to Leawood from New York City approximately 10 years ago, and had not heard about the OPKS 9/11 Memorial until I mentioned it to him a couple weeks ago. 9/11...More

This memorial has pieces from the towers and a simple but lovely setting. It is hidden away a bit so one must see the signs and go back along a city street. It is well worth visiting.

This is a very unique story of 9/11. It has a timeline that allows you to get an idea of everything that was going on around the nation that day. It's free and worth the time.

Nice quick stop to say thanks with honor to those who served. If you are walking by, stop and read a few of the plaques and say a prayer of "thanks."

A somber memorial to the firemen who died on 9/11 would be nice. Something dignified and, like a good rock song, not too specific in the lyrics might have been cathartic. Instead we get this exploitive piece of art, rushed in from the landfills of...More

Good for family's that like history. Has the history of each disaster and also a piece of theTrade Center. Small area so there is not a lot of walking , all on flat ground and easy access. Good for taking pictures.
