great stop, classic early 20th centruy church with stain class. There are other places on the VA campus to see all from the 1880s through 1920s.

The Chapel is currently under renovation, so it is CLOSED to the PUBLIC at this time. It is definitely a MUST SEE when in the area.

The Chapel of the Veterans is located on the grounds of the Eisenhower Veterans Administration hospital and grounds. It is an attractive chapel and an appropriate tribute to our veterans.

I got married there to my 2nd wife, but I won't hold that against this building! Beautiful building on a gorgeous VA campus. If you're in Leavenworth you should plan to stop and check it out.

this is a quick stop to view a unique architecture - take the few minutes of time to see this. We were able to learn about the campus and plans for reconstruction by talking with employees on a walk. Otherwise there is not anyone available...More

Beautiful building on the outside and colorful stained glass windows. Interior is not the same as when the old Civil War soldiers worshipped there, but the windows make it well worth visiting. Well worth driving through the VA Medical Center to see the former soldier...More
