I have played this course many times and enjoyed each time. This time was no different. The course was in very good condition for the month of November. The greens were true and as always play by all groups was properly monitored. I enjoyed this round as I have rounds in the past and I hope to play it again in the spring.

Normally this is one of the better, if not the best course in the area. A maintenance problem this spring caused the greens to become very distressed. The problem is being corrected, but I will play elsewhere until at least late spring. Even now many players enjoy it.

This year the greens were damaged due to high humidity and lack of rain, but other than that the course is amazing and challenging. Recommend this course..

The fairways were very well kept. Nice course. Pleasant people. No beer cart came around though. We had to stop at the visitors center to get a pass before we folded since it is on the base. That was interesting. We would go back. Nice.

A great 18 hole course that offers both easy and challenging holes. Reasonably priced. Very friendly staff and good food in the club house.

Never actually looked at a golf ball but drunk a lot in the bar! A cracking veranda and I suspect it would be a grade A location for a summer booze up!
Service slightly limited by a lack of qualified staff (only one at a time) but the free pretzels and popcorn made up for this!! Barmaid always had a smile on her face, probably because she was the accountant!!

Watch out for the doorframe - a mate suffered life changing injuries when it fell on her head!!

Tornados proved a little troublesome but well worth a visit - except for the four weeks a year that it becomes 'little Britain'!!!

On a side note - the toilets in the nearby Lewis & Clark building are made for people under 3' in height (who are happy to be 'on show' when doing their business)!!

Great golf course and excellent staff. The course is in excellent shape. It is hilly and some holes are a little tight. The course plays longer than the scorecard indicates because many of the tee shot landing areas are into an uphill slope so you get very little roll out. If you are in the eastern Kansas area you should add this course to your trip. You will not be disappointed.

I'm not the best nor the worst, but I scored pretty good. The greens and fairways were well manicured. I especially liked the long fairways that were hilly. The staff at the club house were nice. Easier to get in the base with military personal. Overall I lived this course.

The Fort has a great place in history, located where through which so many people moved westward. It is interesting to be there, to "touch" where so many had their hopes and dreams continued.
