Beautiful architecture, lots of history, very peaceful. We didn't go in crane season, but it seems cranes circle the monastery thrice before gliding down to the valley when they migrate from Tibet.

The monastery itself is very similar to all the others however here we got to attend some of one of the monks ceremonies. It was a great honour to watch them chanting, whilst the younger ones were chatting quietly. One of the trip highlights.
