Great fall colors this week! Absolutely love it here. We live locally but wanted to get the camper out and enjoy the beautiful weather. Super quiet and relaxing here.

If you like to be around lake recreation, the Saylorville area is a great place to enjoy the great outdoors. Boating, fishing, swimming, hiking & bicycle riding can all be enjoyed around this lake area. Great food at the marina bar & grill too!

Good and peaceful environment. Lots of wildlife. The damn water flow was amazing! There was a pretty quiet area with people fishing and just very nice.

You can rent a kayak, fishing boat, and pontoon at Big Creek which is VERY close to Saylorville...located outside of Polk City. In fact Big Creek is alongside of Saylorville!
