We often go to Falls Park to walk the dog, to relax or for community activities. The trails are wonderful and the falls are beautiful. The history of the park is interesting and well worth reading about.
I grew up playing at Falls Park and still enjoy the peacefulness and beauty of the park. Many mallards and usually I will see a Great Blue Heron in the summer. I love to bring my chair and sit by the Falls.
This park has lots of potential. The bridge crossing the river is quite scary, needs much improvement. It is refreshing to take off your shoes and wade in the river before the bridge. The pond is stagnant. There is bird/duck poop on the sidewalk by...More
