We went in April and the road was covered in Snow patches at many places. Please drive with snow tires and preferably with chains. SUV/ATV is the best choice to drive to this place. We took rent car (Toyota Prado) from Hertz with snow tires....More

Nice Armenian kitchen for khash lovers. It is made from caw feet. It looks like soup and you eat it with lavash Armenian bread

Very beautiful and wonderful place. Overcast skies hugging mountain peaks and picturesque lake rows of distinctive. The best view in Armenia. Advice to wear heavy cloths.

The lake itself is not something to write home about... but the fact that it lies in 3200 altitude makes it unique. End of June many flowers were near the lake.
