This is another one of the structures which belonged to the wealthy family from Kotor - Bizanti. It is situated next to the very coast and was constructed in the time of Gothic-Renaissance style. It was bought by a captain Anton Andrijin Verona from Prcanj in the second half of the 18th century. It had a large fenced garden, docks, threshing floor and wells and was isolated from its neighbors.
