This was a great little day trip. The zoo was small but a great adventure. Lots is things to do. The train ride was very nice around the grounds of the property.

If you are close and have an hour or so to use up, please consider visiting this little gem. The butterfly garden was cool, the monkeys are always fun to watch, and the wallabies were jumping around. It's free! It's free!

Great zoo for kids. Love the wallaby enclosure. Can't go wrong with their admission price. Tons of parking on other side of Columbian Park. Excited to see their expansion plans in a few seasons.

Have always enjoyed the Columbian Park Zoo. It's gotten smaller over the years but it is still free so that's a big bonus. Enjoy the petting zoo section and if you time it right they have the cutest baby goats

Nice , Small, Free Zoo. Extremely well maintained. Otters and Petting Zoo (goats). Butterfly House was my favorite.

We started our day out with a picnic in the park. Parking in on the street, right off of the park. There are plenty of gazebos with several picnic tables under them and huge grassy areas in between for the kids to play. Each gazebo...More

Yes. There are guards everywhere. Adults supervisors to supervise the guards. It is a great place to go! Now with that being said, there is always trouble makers everywhere. But, I have not seen one instant at this place.
