Hi Kriszy T! Hulugan falls jump off point is 8km away from Brgy. Tibatib, Cavinti jump off. It's around 15 to 20 mins. via Cavinti-Luisiana Road. If you'll do shooting the rapids, start at Pagsanjan which is 30 mins away... More
