As well as being fun to say, Lollapalooza is also a heck of a lot of fun to attend. Filled with international talent but far from being a faceless international festival, Lolla celebrates the best in local life. Grab some of Chicago's best food, handpicked from local restaurants, and choose from one of the eight live music stages to chill out and listen to acts such as Paul McCartney, Florence and the Machine, and Sam Smith.

This was my 3rd Lolla and I doubt I'll go again. Sigh. The price is average for a festival and it is 4 days, which is utterly exhausting, but you can see a lot of bands. You also will spend A LOT of money if...More

My first Lolla. Have been to Bonnaroo, Firefly and Forecastle several times each. There's a vibe at each, with very different settings. Lolla is in downtown Chicago, no one is pitching a tent. So, much less sense of community. But, great food vendors, lines move...More

I first went to Lollapalooza in the early 90s. Fast forward to 2017, I'm nearing 50 but my oldest son is 17 and was really wanting to go to see some of his favorite bands. The festival is in a great area, Grant Park. Can...More

Went their on a 4 day weekend pass and all four days were filled with music for everyone. EDM was for a much younger crowd but also a memorable experience. Buy ticket early through their notification process and bring a camelback
