Sorry for the delay. The cruise is 90 minutes. The boat ride itself might be an interest. I would say the narration might not be as interesting to this age group. The ride and the sights should be an interest. Jerry B.

Sorry, I'm not from Chicago so I can't answer; besides you would need to be more precise about the neighbourhood to determine the closest transit station that might have parking nearby. I doubt there's much free parking... More
