We love kayaking with Kayak Chicago. We always take the family down to Wolf Point and get some great pictures. It's always so much fun. Kayak Chicago staff always takes such good care of us. It is a great experience and a MUST Do when you come to Chicago. You see so much of the city without the crowds and traffic

We were stood up by another kayak company and Kayak Chicago came to the rescue. We booked our kayaks and were on the water in no time. I love the open-ended time, which allowed us to take our time and explore as much, or as little, as we wanted along the river. It was great to start and end at the serene north branch of the river too; it allowed us to see wildlife you wouldn't see downtown- lots of turtles, fish and herons. Thanks Kayak Chicago!

Kayak Chicago was a great experience from check in, to training, to our 3 hour trip, to the end. Diraj and Evan were great tour guides while sharing a lot of knowledge. Highly recommend KC for your next water adventure!

Best price I've seen for kayaking in Chicago. About 40% cheaper. You get slightly less skyline views but if you paddle fast enough you'll get there. And the added bonus that it's quiet where you start. So if you enjoy quiet then this is also better.

My car front window is broken , vandalized and purse stolen from car in the parking lot . Need better camera or alerting system

We did the fireworks tour (6:30-10:45) on a wednesday night! Having previous kayaking experience should be recommended for this tour. It was LONG 7 mile stretch! The Chicago wind is brutal and makes it difficult at times to paddle against the current. All of the workers are FANTASTIC. Really friendly and are extremely good at what they do! One person on our tour fell overboard and they did an awesome job guiding them back into their kayak and keeping the group safe from other boats on the river. It was a great tour, but it was EXHAUSTING! If you are a first timer, I would recommend a shorter tour.

It is a unique experience to be in a kayak on the river, looking up to all the high rises. And it is a fun activity to do.

We had a great time! Our small family group of four ranged from a first time paddler to an experienced one. And everyone enjoyed it. The “valley of lights” was amazing - that’s when you’re on the stretch between the buildings on either side. View of fireworks also really good and it’s very fun to see from the water. The guides were fantastic - totally on top of it, had great energy, and kept the large flotilla of kayaks moving smoothly along. Highly recommend this company and this paddle.

Our guide, Jack, took us on a nice trip on the Chicago River from the north side all the way to Michigan Avenue. Such a variety of sites and, of course, iconic Chicago architecture.

Rented two kayaks for our overnight stop in Chicago on our cross country trip. Staff was friendly and informative, and most importantly, did a great job getting us set up with our large dog, who was kayaking for the first time!
