Affordable and trustworthy luggage service while transiting through Chicago airport

They were really accomodating. Very friendly and affordable luggage service. Annie went out of her way to give us a free tour of the downtown. It was very generous of her. Will be using their service again when in Chicago.

Gracious hosts, convenient place, interesting, affordable

This is a great place if you visit Chicago by plane or by car. It is conveniently situated two blocs from an all night bus and closed to the train station. Free parking on the street but the company has an enclosed parking to leave the car if you need to. The place is very clean and I slept great. Annie and her husband Charles are totally great people who go the extra mile if you need it. I appreciated greatly that she checked my airline schedule and returned to the airport some hours later and found me, as I was coming from abroad. They offer storage for your luggage which is very helpful when you travel. There is a kitchen and you can fix your own food. I was in Chicago for 2 months at Annie's.

I thought this was a great service! Annie was friendly and professional. Picked up my bag in the day in 1 location and dropped it off to me 10 hours later in a different location after I spent the day in the city! Highly recommend!

Great day exploring luggage free

I arrived in Chicago very early in the morning with my 2 young kids and we were waiting on the rest of our group to arrive before heading out of the city in a rental car to visit family. We had plenty of time to explore Chicago a little but I knew it would be impossible with all the luggage. This service to the rescue! Annie picked up and dropped off our luggage to us at the airport freeing us up to see some sights and enjoy the city for the day. The process was seamless and we couldn't have done it with luggage, it would have been miserable. I highly recommend even if you are staying in the city they will pick up your luggage at the airport and deliver to your hotel so you can get your vacation started as soon as you arrive!!! Love it, well worth it!!!

Fantastic Luggage Storage Service

I came across Wait Here Chicago when I needed to store my luggage. Their rates were low and it was perfect since I needed to store my bags for about 8 hours. They even picked up my luggage from my hotel and delivered it to the airport. I love this service. They were super friendly. Will use this service again!
