Macy's now ready for a warm spring (where is it?), and different departments do their best to help customers. I shop at Macy's pretty often, and I like this store. This time I would like to thank Neal - Clinique Beauty Advisor at the Cosmetics...More

Marshall Fields windows used to be one of the highlights of the season. This year we had a lovely lunch at the Walnut room, roaming fairies entertaining the children, nice. And then the disappointing part - the windows outside. I could have done a better...More

The Macy’s at the Water Tower Mall is nice. It is big and unique and you could get lost in there. Each floor has easy access to the rest of the mall.

Great location for fashion shopping. As well as Macy's there are floors of other brands individual shops.

Your typical Macy's with tons of choice, good discounts and friendly staff. The latter is rare though and I had a hard time to get some advice.

Compared to Macy's on State, this store on N Michigan (in the Water Tower Place) is not that grand or spacious, the ceilings are a bit too low, the merchandise can be piled occasionally at the floor stands and very often in the fitting rooms....More

I love that mall but staff is so incompetent. Nobody give you bag to do your shopping without being annoyed carrying everything. My checkout last 35minutes. Actually they keep my clothes for a sale but I'm kind of afraid to not get everything back. Really...More
