    Touristy But Just About Worthwhile
It’s one of those Chicago tick box attractions I guess, & I did enjoy my visit. It was a clear but quiet day, so a seamless, no queue experience for me. Goes without saying, the views are incredible. I opted for the View & Sip ticket, which encompassed entry & a syrupy cocktail in the naff Cloudbar. I figured after the syrupy cocktail I might psyche myself up to do‘Tilt’, the touristy add on which involves being tipped at an angle via a moveable glass & steel platform, over the side of the building, enabling sick bucket inducing, downward facing views of the city streets 1000ft below. l did, & it was petrifying, but blessedly short. As with these kind of attractions, it’s a factory line, with the usual overpriced cheesy photos & tat shop. Quite a well known wheeze if you want to experience the views but avoid the queues & not pay entry, is to whizz straight up the dedicated elevator to the Signature Lounge, where you can admire the vistas for the price of a syrupy cocktail, or touristy meal!

Great views but not a ride
Great views. Enjoyed our visit. But the tilt should not be billed as a thrill ride. You stand in the window and hold on. It tilts our for a few seconds. Fun experience but not a ride let alone a thrill ride.

As long as you don’t mind waiting, it was definitely worth it! The souvenir shop was awesome and seeing the whole city was amazing! Riding up the 94 floors was so quick, however, you barely feel like you are moving! Our hotel elevator felt faster than this one, how amazing! Our ears did pop a lot though! Overall worth it and would totally recommend!
Thank you for your kind review of 360 Chicago! We're glad to hear that you had a good time and hope that you can visit us again in the future.

CloudBar "Adult Sip and See tickets are not worth the money
The view is great, as you might expect. But the "adult sip and see" tickets are absolutely not worth it. Cheap drinks served in a plastic glass, and no seats in an overheated lounged filled with kids. And the wait to get up and down the elevators was like waiting for a ride at Disney. It just wasn't at all like it was advertised. Next time I would just go to the 96th floor Signature lounge to have a cocktail and admire the views. We learned of this from some other travelers we met there. Travel and learn.
Thank you for your review of 360 Chicago. We're sorry to hear that you didn't fully enjoy your experience at our observation deck and Cloudbar space. We appreciate and value your feedback as it helps us improve the 360 Chicago experience. We hope that you can visit us again in the future to give us another try.

    Great experience.
An awesome place to be at. Take the elevator up to the 94th floor and you will be greeted to great views of Downtown Chicago and the surrounding neighbourhoods. Go especially at night, the view is much prettier then. My only complaint would be that it can get a bit boring here while you wait to go up to the top. I didn't think too much about this until I also went up the Sears Tower a few days later. The Sears Tower has gone under a complete makeover where there are many photo op stations and interactive exhibits featuring the history of Chicago. If the John Hancock Center did this as well, then my review would be 5 stars. Otherwise this place is well worth the admission price to go up to the 94th floor, even though it is a bit pricey. You won't regret it.

    Great views over Chicago
The weather was not great on the day of our visit so visibility was not so good. However, we were still able to see most of Chicago. When you get to the Skydeck you have only 90 seconds to spend on the glass. This includes the time it takes for the official photo. This is very short and doesn't allow for you to take your own photo's with different views.

    Amazing views!
The most amazing views! The tilt experience was great and I thought, reasonably priced! Staff were nice and queues moved fast. Only thing that stopped it being a 5 was the cost of the photos. You expect to pay a bit more at these things but I felt $30 for one print was excessive. Would definitely recommend when in Chicago!

Poor experience. Okay views but not worth the time. Just go to Willis Tower instead. 45 minutes to get in, 30 minutes to get into Tilt, and 20 minutes just to get in the elevator to leave. Tilt is a complete waste of time and money. You can see the same thing by just leaning over the glass in the regular observatory area. Everything is managed very poorly and is disorganized. I gave feedback via email and they couldn’t care less. Avoid the Hancock tower.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review! However, it seems you may be confusing us with the Skydeck. Next time you're in town, visit us at the 360 Observation Deck, an observatory with unlimited time to enjoy our views!

My advice is to check the weather. Maybe don't buy I'm advance. The place itself was fine. Just mother nature. We still took great pictures using the reflective ceiling

Nice overall experience, the views as you can imagine ate good, the drinks are ok.
I purchased the city pass to be able to skip the line, but actually nobody asked me for my pass, so I had to wait on the line for 20 minutes

Went at night. Spectacular views. Mesmerizing. Favorite part of my trip to Chicago. Didn't do cloud bar or tilt. Spent 1.5 hours. Staff was nice.

My boyfriend and I bought the package deal with everything included (observation, drinks, TILT). First the like to get up was long. Then the line to the bar was VERY long … like 40 people long. We were told that the line to get into TILT (that we already paid for) is an additional 45 min wait in a line. This is ridiculous. The whole time is spent waiting in lines. We didn’t get to do TILT and I’m asking my credit card for a refund because this is false advertising. Get a better system or don’t let this many people up. Super Disappointed.

Thank you for the review. Like most tourist attractions, lines are longer for us on weekends and during peak hours. We have more than one elevator operating at all times and do everything we can to get our guests up and down as quickly as possible. Please email us at info@360chicago.com for further assistance regarding the unused Tilt ticket. We look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

Great opportunity to view the city below and Lake Michigan. Lucky to visit on a sunny day. Shame the cafe has signage on the windows. Glad I didn't partake in a ridiculously expensive addition: the bar and cafe. Didn't fancy being tilted forwards. Silly to call it a ride!!
