We came to Kuna to visit with friends for a few days. We drove up here for the scenery. It was dusk before we left. The snake river is so beautiful and vast. Oregon is on the other side of the mountains.

Here is a poignant, beautiful memorial to honor two well-loved fallen firefighters, with stories about them on plaques. Here too, is a view of "eternity" and a hike along canyon walls where the Snake River runs through it. Eagles and hawks nest here.

Great walking paths to the point with wonderful views of the snake river and surrounding cliffs. If you are lucky you can see birds of prey and hear whistle pigs. This has a very well maintained pit latrines.
