The very first time I visited was awesome! Liked the lakes and paths! It’s beautiful when we’re having lots rain for the lakes. A good getaway for the family!

I walk there a couple of times a week. You can learn some ecology with a guided tour. The year long parking pass is good for other state parks, too.

I love this park because it is so serene and peaceful. There are many different trails to take and you can start at various park entrances throughout Dekalb and Rockdale counties. It is also well kept and the park Rangers are very helpful.
