Although one can quickly walk through the smallish museum, the friendly lady from the office joined us and presented so many interesting facts and stories in an excellent manner. Our primary / high school sons were fascinated by her explanations. Highly recommended!

While in Morija, we stopped by the Museum. The staff person was very nice. The room to really visit is inside and to the right, which has details on the history of Lesotho. Very interesting. Quick visit - were there less than an hour.

How often can one say I have visited every museum in a given country. Well visit this one and you can make that proud boast about Lesotho. It isn't a great museum in terms of exhibits but well worth a look if nearby. It also...More

We served as Peace Corps Volunteers in Morija many years ago and recently visited again. This little museum is a lovely little community gem. Be sure to stay at the Morija Guest House nearby. You'll have a special visit!
