One of the best places to visit in North Georgia. The Festival is always a good time. The demonstrations and displays of Appalachian heritage are wonderful. They even have carnival rides and such but in all the times I have attended the fair and festival...More

About once a month there is some event at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds. After Thanksgiving until Christmas the Fairgrounds ‘village’ is decorated with holiday lights. There are arts and crafts as well as food for this event.

Worst venue ever! Do not waste your money. Jamey Johnson was great but see him elsewhere if you are under the age of 70! No fun at all.....will never go back! Peggy Broach

We went to the Fall festival and saw the Bellamy Bros. There was not a bad seat in the house. The music was awesome! The festival was really good. The vendors were all really great. We will be back again for sure.

Yes & yes However I don't live near that area & I just bought mine at the gate. I did see signs advertising tickets but I don't remember or know where. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
