Hickory Flat Pottery is located in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains. Most of the pottery is made on site in the attached studio where customers may watch potters working daily. Additionally studio and kiln house tours are free and open to the public during kiln openings, approximately every three weeks.All of the pottery is functional, oven,dishwasher, and microwave safe. In the Gallery connected to the studio you will find the work of over 20 other artists including pottery, jewelry, glass, copper and metal art, fiber and wood.Monday-Saturday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm,Sunday: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

This is my preferred pottery place in Habersham County. Prices and selection are better than some of the nearby stores. Plus, it is all made right there so you get to meet the potter.

The name Hickory Flat Pottery and the outside of this house doesn't really prep you for what is inside. My wife and I have been driving past this place for some time now while driving to go hiking, or to go to the Chop House...More

The guy was super friendly and answered my girls many questions. He is very talented. The pieces are unique and functional. Very nice place. My fiancé enjoyed the front porch rockers and puzzle while we shopped ;)

I have been purchasing pottery from Hickory Flat Pottery for many years and have never been disappointed. Cody has filled special orders for mr several times and his work has been perfect. I encourage to visit.

We were actually there in June 2015 for our 10th wedding anniversary & bought a lot of pottery & silverware. I've forgotten how to tell the salt & pepper shaker apart, can you please enlighten me? Also, I'd love to see what silverware you've got...More
