Another quick hike to the falls with families from out of town. Easy hike to the falls and an opportunity to hike further along the Benton MacKaye trail. Good for children and adults.

Went there right after two days of rain, then a freezing cold spell, so the ground was either soggy, or frozen solid. Made for a fun little hike to the falls. Absolutely nobody there because of the recent weather made for a nice get away.

This is a good and quick hiking place. The fall is pretty to see and the hiking is very easy to do for all ages.

Very easy hike that can be coupled with Long Branch Falls. Only takes about 15 minutes to hike to the wooden overlook.

Be sure to come in from the East on Stanley Creek Rd to avoid a long unpaved section of road. The walk was moderately steep, but short and doable for most. The trail is rocky and has many roots, so you need to watch you...More

We visited Falls Branch while just passing they the area. The way we approached it was a small gravel road for a couple miles but there is another way that is paved except for the last 100 yards or so. The trail to the falls...More

We did this hike in the pouring down rain, so it was a little slippery at times with an incline in the mud. However, even our children (ages 6 and 8) were easily able to do this hike in rain boots. I would do this...More
