This beach park is a very good alternative to nearby Blowing Rocks Preserve. It can be accessed before dawn for fantastic sunrise photos. There are rock cliffs that similar to others in the area. At high tide only the tops are visible but at very...More

Close to me. Clean, safe, less crowded, Bathrooms are convenient and clean. There is a lifeguard on duty. Only thing you have to be careful of the large rocks hidden on the beach.

This is one of our favorite spots to walk. The rocky section is a great spot to find shells and even try your luck at fishing or snorkeling.

A nice beach to walk and go shelling. Nothing exotic, but nice none the less. We were there on an off beach day so we were almost alone.

Got up at 5am for 6:45 am sunrise, disappointing fog, but gorgeous scenery just the same! Definitely worth the trip, the beach was loaded with pre-dawn photographers to catch sunrise, but fog rolled in instead. still beautiful.

Drove over mid-morning for a couple hours of snorkeling right from the beach. Easy to find, free parking, nice park with grills and picnic tables. Lifeguard on duty. Thought it would be murky, but the water was fairly clear; coral wasn't gorgeous, but the fish...More
