Just another way to realize that people,have lived I. This area for thousands nd thousands of years. Great place to walk before goi g to Monticello for a bite to eat.

Amazing to see three story mounds. Tells story of early, early Indians with park service really good discriptions.

Mounds are not too exciting, but the surrounding area is beautiful. They trees, the grass, the open air. All is great and similar to other earthworks around town. Must visit!

Not easily found and just getting started. Mound is not significant in Indian culture. Mound use to be on private property and used as a playground for family's children.
