My wife, my 91 year old mother and I saw The Producers last night. First time we visited The Barn. From the moment we walked in until we left, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. A nice touch is that after the show, all the actors are outside to greet you as you leave. The production was awesome. Acting, singing, dancing, costumes, sets. Will definitely be regulars from now on.

The Barn theatre provides great community theatre. The production of A Chorus Line was strong and the speaking roles were well handled. There was a bit of a inconsistency with some of the performers and dancers. However, sit back, and enjoy live musical theatre. The Barn has been around a while and it’s worth catching a show there. good seat anywhere in the house!

Thank you for your 4 star review. We appreciate your comments and we are very pleased you enjoyed our production of A Chorus Line. Our next big musicals are Little Shop of Horrors, May 13 - May 30, and Legally Blond, July 15 - July 25. We also have a fundraiser concert April 16, 17 & 18, Come Fly with Me, as we sing and dance our way around the world and the good old USA. Hope to see you soon.

After attending last night’s Barn Theatre performance I am very happy to report that my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about our evening. The comedy play while long was absolutely hilarious and very well performed by an excellent cast!! We couldn’t have asked for better especially from an amateur group. We thought our seats were quite comfortable and even the temperature was just right. The parking was a very tight squeeze, but next time we’ll park in the shopping center lot right next door to avoid that minor problem. This was our second time at the Barn, but it most definitely will NOT be our last!!! We may even seriously consider buying season tickets next!! Congratulations to the cast and crew for a job very well done. 🙂🎉❤️

We've lived in the area for over 15 years but never went to this theatre. I wanted it to be a wonderful experience as I support local theater. Maybe we just chose the wrong show, but I begged my husband to leave at the intermission.
We saw, "The Man Who Came To Dinner" by Moss Hart and George S. Kaufman. It's a comedy.
First on the pluses... was the set design. Awesome. I was amazed at what they accomplished. Kudos to all who helped. Second on the plus side was the costumes. Absolutely right on and professional for the era depicted of 1935.
Unfortunately, here comes my opinions on the negatives:
1. If you're heavy, you'll be uncomfortable with the seats. Although they bend back after sitting, I felt squeezed in. I'm 106 pounds. I thought my husband would never be able to get up!
2. The lead performers were great. (Although one missed her lines a lot!) The others, were poor. I know! They are locals and should be applauded for taking part in any show. However, at $20.00 a ticket, I felt there should have been better performers. Some were hard to hear often speaking in low, mumbled voices. Maybe the microphone system isn't the best too?. Others were obviously saying their lines without being in the true character. The off line bell ringer missed their cue! Really?
After sitting for what seemed an endless time, I asked if we could leave at intermission. It was a relief!
I wanted to like this theater and may go back for another visit. But, it may take a while. Oh, get there early as the parking lot is tiny! We barely were able to maneuver out as they pack them in.

Sorry you did not enjoy our production of The Man Who Came to Dinner. Since you were last in our theater, we have installed Broadway caliber stage lights and surround sound. We also have state of the art floor mics newly installed which really pick up actors voices. All our actors are volunteers and do their best. We hope you will give us another chance. Most of our shows this season have been sell outs so the quality is excellent and next season has some great comedies, musicals and concerts. Check out our website at www.barn-theatre.com.

We went to see Beauty and the Beast and were pleasantly surprised both by the quality of the production and talent of the performers. At just $35/ticket it is well worth a visit!

This is a small community theatre with very comfortable seats and good view of the stage. We saw a comedy production, "Breaking Legs", that was funny and enjoyable. We'll return for another show based on the quality of the show and reasonable price.

Have been to 2 recent plays. Enjoyable evening. Major renovation needed. The seats were so uncomfortable that I started getting back spasms.

Does the Barn have stairs? I noticed that handicapped seating is in the back of the theater. But if my Mom sits back there, she will not be able to hear. I would like to seat her near the stage and take the wheelchair away after she sits down.
