Tom and Brenda, thanks for reaching out to Key Culinary Tours and our sister company Sarasota Culinary Tours. We would love to have you on one of our tours so below is a brief description of each. All of our tours are guided by a trained tour guide who tells about the history of the area, our rich circus history, some notable people and experiences of our community etc.For a food/history experience I would recommend our St. Armands lunch tour which starts at 11 and ends at 2 on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. we visit four St. Armands circle restaurants and two speciality food shops. Or our downtown tour which starts at 3pm and ends at 6pm visits four restaurants on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturdays. Our Art galery tour which, at the moment, we conduct on Tuesdays from 3 to 6, is more geared to the art enthusiast and our happy place tour on St. Armands has food but the emphasis is sampling local librations. Our farmers market tour which will start January 1st is conducted on Saturdays only beginning at 9 and ending with lunch with a personal chef would also be perfect for you and Brenda but since that doesnt start until January you might want to try our St. Armands lunch tour first. We are super excited about our tours and would love to have you and Brenda join us and, Brenda, we are looking for personal chefs to lead some of the farmers market tours so contact us at 941-893-4664 for more information!! Thank You, Susan, owner of Key Culinary Tours and Sarasota culinary tours.
