We thoroughly enjoyed our trip with Right Hook. Ricky was our guide. We caught several types of fish. Wonderful experience!

***WARNING*** Do not book online! Total SCAM!!!!
If you book online, and they take your money. The captain and the crew do not show up.
We booked a trip online, and prepaid as required. We were there waiting for the crew and captain to show up for over an hour. No one ever showed up. We called the number several times and no one answered. We also tried to text them at the same number, and they did not respond to text.
There was another group there that had done the same thing.
Also, the booking company will not refund the money.

Had a charter with these people and they never showed up at the dock and didn't answer their phone when we tried to call them to find out what was going on. I sent them an email asking about our refund and they never replied to my email either. There are plenty of other options to choose from with more reliable operators.

We had a fishing charter canceled by another company and the right hook captain mike was able to get us on the evening drift fishing trip last minute. We were super appreciative as it was our last night in Florida. The crew - billy and josh were awesome and entertaining. The bite was slow but we kept moving and finally found a few spots and hooked some fish. Will definitely will use them again when we come back to palm beach area. Highly recommend!

Went out this week for early morning private charter and would NOT recommend.
Spoke with Mike to discuss a plan for my family's first trip. I have been previously and wanted a similar experience of targeting big game up front then switching to a bit of drift and ending with sharks. Mike said all of this was possible, live bait was not needed, and all sounded well. Knowing this would be a a minimum of 4 hours on the water, I asked if there was a working bathroom and he confirmed and we set a date.
(First Flag) Upon arrival to the boat, the two members onboard laughed when I asked to see the bathroom. They said it was for absolute emergency use only and needed a shop-vac to empty. The ladies were less than inclined to make that request. (Second Flag) I say "members" as they never introduced themselves throughout the entire trip. Instead they complained about their boss and work schedule for the duration. (Third Flag) When I communicated the trip plan to make sure they were on the same page, they rolled their eyes and said "sharks are nothing but work for us." Essentially continued to dismiss the sports fishing that I requested the private charter for to focus on bottom fishing. During the last hour I again asked when are we heading to the shark water, and was told "had I known we'd have gone there earlier, now it's too late" and "we don't have bait for that?" They relented and said we can try for 5 minutes (we had to use the fish we caught drifting for bait) then head back. We hooked one on the first 30 seconds and the line snapped after 3 min. I questioned the equipment upon arrival and was told that the lines could support big game weights. When it snapped the guys again shrugged it off and said "no one ever actually brings them in" and started the boat to head back. My first trip out with a better (more expensive but worth it) company we pulled two hammerheads with ease.
Lesson learned on my part. You get what you pay for and this was an expensive let down.

Great evening fishing. We went out at 5 pm with a total of 5 people. Our captain did a great job getting us to the fish. If we were not getting hits, he moved us to another location. Everyone caught fish. He was knowledgeable and understanding when we lost bait, hooks or messed up our reels. We would highly recommend this boat, plus the cost was very reasonable!

They put us on the fish, we caught mutton snapper and red grouper. The mate (Josh) was Very attentive and knowledgable, he would constantly baiting hooks, fixing tangles quickly and putting hooks on our lines if we needed it. He kept us fishing the whole time.

I booked a drift fishing trip for me and my daughter. Showed up at the boat as we were instructed for a 7am fishing trip. We got there at 6:40am and waited until 7:15am and nobody was there. We called (straight to VM), sent a text, and sent emails to multiple addresses. No answers, no texts, no email responses. I even received an email the night before reminding me about the trip...... "This is just a reminder to let you know that Drift Fishing Charter/ Split Charter is happening soon! We’re looking forward to having you." They obviously have my contact information. The disappointment of my daughter is the toughest part of all of this as she watched cars pull into the parking lot hoping that it was someone from Right Hook. The only picture we got was the sun rising over Peanut Island and their empty boats.

Depends on what you are looking for. We went out early because we are up early and planned to have the fish for dinner that night. They have three charters daily

“My husband and I will be in Palm Beach for a meeting 8/1-5 and our 15 year old son will be with us. He is a fishing freak and wants to do that 24-7. Would there be the option of him going out on his own ? His 7 older siblings are all busy and will not be coming with us. So far all his friends we invited have their own family trips, so it looks like just him. We will be in meetings all day, Thursday to Saturday (travel Wednesday and Sunday). Is this a possibility and what are rates?”
