We had an amazing experience touring Corkscrew. Our wonderful tour guide Keith was incredibly knowledgeable about all things swamp! I would highly recommend this daytime activity for anyone visiting Naples, especially fun for kids!

A well done and attractive presentation of the local flora and fauna. The boardwalk is easily navigated and docents where available to answer questions and provide information about what you were witnessing.

We enjoyed our walk here although it was incredibly hot and still, I cannot imagine what it is like in full summer! There is a fair amount of shade and on a cool day it would be wonderful. We saw heron, caterpillars, and other birds...More

Thank you for visiting. We're glad you enjoyed the walk and the amenities of our Café and Nature Store. Your visit came at a time when the weather was unseasonably warm. Just this week have temperatures dipped to normal. We caution summer visitors to pace...More

We suspect you meant to post this review on the Clam Pass page, not Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary's. While both locations have boardwalks, pretty much everything else is different. We are a swamp with an ancient cypress forest while Clam Pass is a beach, We're glad...More

A fascinating place! The swamp was only half an hour drive from our Naples hotel. We saw lots of wildlife - a baby alligator resting on a log, a black neck vulture which flew down and landed on the boardwalk fence, turtles, large alligator, raccoon...More

Thank you for the excellent review. Good advice about bringing water. Important to stay hydrated. (We do sell it in the Nature Store if anyone forgets.) Thanks again.

Thanks for suggesting that others visit Audubon's Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary. There truly is a lot to see and photograph. Our volunteer Boardwalk Naturalists love to answer visitors' questions. And we agree, the $3 guide book has a wealth of information about the fauna and flora....More

You can see and hear the Alligators , lots of wild life and green trees. When I went was a little hot and humid but I'm planning on going back next month which will be a little cooler.

There were guided tours and very informative; we went at it alone and it was about 2 hours plus, lots to read and see and worth every minute. Plan on about 3 hours, there is so much to take in!
