Came here for the Kat Williams 11:11 tour, this place needs a serious remodeling. Of course since its downtown parking is bad, but the fact the seats are so uncomfortably close together, is ridiculous. I'm not a big person and neither were the ppl on...More

I visited the James L. Knight Center last night for the Kat Williams 11:11 Tour. I could not believe how hot it was inside of the JLK Center. I could not enjoy the show because it was entirely too hot. I actually left the show...More

The acoustics in this extremely dated venue ranked a 3/10. I was also afraid to sit in the seats --- it was very dirty. Sad to say, this event was a real disappointment due to the venue. Chaos parking, getting into the venue, and the...More

Came into town to see Van Morrison. The entrance to the theatre was poorly organized, complete chaos. It took much longer than necessary to get through security. Restroom facilities were sparse and oddly placed. Not nearly enough for a crowd this size. We had tickets...More

The best aspects of this venue are the helpful and friendly staff and the size of the concert hall - we were seated in upper rows and had a nice view of the stage. Their website mentioned discount parking at the Miami Tower garage during...More

I hate this place and wouldn't return if you paid me. Bought what were supposed to be front row tickets to Van Morrison on 2/7. When you go inside the actual concert hall, an employee walks up to you, looks at your ticket, and escorts...More

Was there for the Van Morrison show. The venue is dated which did not affect the show, it was fantastic!!. The problem is this place has seen better years. The old stairs leading to the second level are too narrow. Seating on the second level...More

Great venue for the Bitcoin Conference; very nice bathrooms, huge auditorium which was well ventilated for speakers; a little tricky with so many people being dropped off but it worked out.

What a disappointment. For a venue that bills itself as first class, this was a COMPLETE disappointment. We are literally driving home from seeing Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias— we left before the show was over. First of all, getting to the right seats was a puzzle....More
