Best time ever!
My kid’s and I felt Sade and comfortable with the staff even when my daughter and I fell off staff pulled up right away and helped us back on and got us on our way in less than 5 minutes. We had an excellent time next time we’re in town this is the only service using!

Bad business
I’ve gone on this jet boat before in 2018. Had a fabulous time. However I booked with a party of 9 October 2020. To our surprise while on the way to the jet boat, we were informed that our reservation had been cancelled due to the weather. When we called early that morning while at Tap42 for brunch, we were told they are still operating unless there is thunder or lightning. There was no thunder or lightning. We passed by anyhow, due to our scheduling with another company not far from jet boat Miami. They were operating and full of passengers in the boat. Bad for business to accommodate others just because they were there when we had already came in person and paid for our party of 9. We were celebrating a birthday. Speed boat tour was awesome...leave all of your belongs behind as you need to hold on to your seat for this awesome ride. Family had a blast...will book again when in town!

Super dope experience
We had the time of our lives my family and I. We celebrated my lil sis 18th birthday and it was all worth the thrill. The captain was so sweet as well as her co-captain. Our experience was well eccentric.
