Visit Miami’s flagship art museum, and learn about modern and contemporary, international art at Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM). Exhibitions highlight Miami’s diverse community and pivotal geographic location at the crossroads of the Americas. In addition to exploring the galleries, visitors can: enjoy waterfront dining at Verde restaurant; shop a unique selection of art books, furnishings and handmade items at the museum’s gift store; and take in the spectacular views of Biscayne Bay and the elaborate hanging gardens. Designed by Pritzker Prize winning architects Herzog & de Meuron, PAMM provides an educational and civic forum for the County’s residents and visitors alike.

The museum has a great location right by the water, the building designed by Herzog & Meuron and the views are fantastic. Museum includes modern and contemporary Latin American art, worth seeing but not necessarily my favourite. Did find Jaume Plensa's "Looking into my dreams,...More

The museum is nicely located close to the Brickell area in Miami which I was familiar with. Went for the first time ever to the museum and I’ve seen better. The show was good but not great. I liked their auditorium but not so much...More

Really ok. Very little art. Hard to get to, from the beach. Not my favorite. All I remember is this one video protest art piece from Cuba. Truly excellent! It was on a small television...so...if you blinked...you missed it.

We visited the Perez art museum and surrounding area three times in our recent Miami trip. The art gallery is situated on the bay front with amazing views. We watched Dolphins and pipe fish swimming in the clear waters outside the gallery. The art museum...More

The art is impressive, poignant and thought provoking. Just the right size too, doesn't overwhelm the senses allowing space to contemplate. Nice gift shop. Food service too.

Excellent location by the water. Surprisingly nondescript building for a new museum appears to be aging poorly. Artwork is 95% Cuban. Given the size of the space not much art work available for viewing. Heavy on mediocre video work. There are better museums. Admission $12>$15/person,...More

Art created by diversified groups (Cubans, African Americans, Haitians, and Caucasian Americans) of people are featured at this museum. I like the starkness of the rooms where the art is displayed while my friend thought the rooms should be filled more. After viewing beautiful art...More

We experienced much novel and interesting art, primarily by artists from Central and South America and Cuba as well as Americans. The restaurant was also excellent.
