Fun place to visit, lots of local eateries, shops and cigar rolling - a great flavour of Cuba. Local music, dancing and a fun vibe in the evening.

I received mixed suggestions from my Uber driver, a local, and another traveler. The Uber driver was probably the best resource as he was upfront in saying that it was a great place to go. Go during the day. People are friendly. Enjoy. Stay in...More

A lovely area of town that is great in the daytime, it might be different at night ... you can walk from Bayside but it takes about half an hour.. the area is very Cuban so you do not feel you are in America. even...More

Loved the vibe at this place. Has lots to see and great restaurants to eat at. If you like cigars many shops to choose from.

Calle 8 is very underwhelming and not a good place to take the family. The music is nice to hear but the area is very limited in what you can see and experience. I was shocked really to see McDonald’s and Pizza Hut along with...More

Best show in Miami to flavor Cuban art, cuisine, music, cigars, and more! A definite tourist attraction from all over the world. If in town, don't miss it.

It was an interesting few hours spent walking around Little Havana. Went into a bar, Cuba Ocho, for a mojito and beer-so cute. Ate at a Cuban restaurant. It was fun to browse the shops and visit Domino Park. Great to visit for something different.

I would say the best part of Calle Ocho begins at the restaurant El Pub, so that is around where I would usually park and walk down, meaning, 14, 13, 12, 11, etc.

The above answer is correct. You can only bring dogs to some restaurants with a patio. Otherwise you are free to bring dogs on the streets.
