They now have these annoying ushers walking around telling everyone to keep their masks over their nose and mouth at all times even though the closest person to you will be 7 rows in front of you or behind you. The lighter your skin tone the more they harass how you are sitting in your seat but not if you have a darker skin tone. You can comfortably put your feet up on the seats in front of you all game if you want. They will be too afraid to say anything to you so you should be safe to sit however you want. You cannot take a sip of water inside the arena or you will be thrown out without a refund. Everyone seemed irritated to spend minimum $100/ticket to have to throw away their drinks or chug them before entering. They are on power trips here. Do not attend. Do not waste your money. Watched the usher harass two pretty white girls, a white father/son, and a couple of older white gentlemen. The experience is not enjoyable or worth the money because the ushers are constantly bothering people that are just trying to watch the game. Some have a seemingly racial bias against white people. Spent more time watching the ushers harassing people than the actual game itself. They are out of control.

I have been to 23 of the 30 NBA arenas, working on checking them all off my list. This one ranks towards the very bottom. Access to the building is terrible. Here was a line checking for tickets about 50 yards from the entrance in the rain with no covering, then another line outside in the rain for the ticket scan entrance. Terrible setup. Arena is boring and bland. No “wow” factors that I could find. Game stoppage entertainment was weak and boring. Gift shop is very small and narrow, too crowded to shop 90 minutes before game tip. I will not make a visit back to the Kaseya Center for a second game.

Attended Heat game with family recently. Best thing going are the sight lines, excellent from Sec 306. The downsides...seats are cramped together and in all honesty the arena needs serious upgrades. Scoreboard is small and player stats are difficult to read. Plus the floor was very sticky...screams that the ownership isn't taking care of this place. The Bayside around the arena was fun, but really tough getting out after the game. Can see why the place isn't full for a very good team.

I went with my family and my elderly parents this June 16/2024 to the Roberto Carlos concert which was extremely magical but to get to my seat I had to climb stairs with my disabled mother because the escalators were stopped and the elevator was full. At the end of the concert, the elevator line was endless and I had to take my mother down the stairs to the parking lot; access to the escalators were unjustifiably closed. We are suffering the consequences because my mother ended up in the hospital with swollen knees and spilled liquid. It is inconceivable that there are no conditions to manage and facilitate the elderly and disabled in a theater as large and as expensive as the Kaseya. I hope they take action and improve this.

The field is very beautiful, you can see it even from the back. But they search excessively and do not even let in water for small children. They don't take it with backpacks or anything, you have to leave it in the 15 dollar cases. The staff making calls are incredibly rude and constantly trying to upset you.

We came for a raptors game and enjoyed the arena. Usually I always buy tickets in advanced and usually they go down so this time I waited. Big mistake. Dumb on my part as it was a Canadian team playing during the holidays when there likely were a lot more Canadians. Oh well. We ate at the asian place which was great but I wanted to alter a meal so my husband could eat it as he is celiac and they would not make any changes so he had to go to the mexican place and have nachos instead. Kind of too bad. All I wanted was rice vegetables and a fried egg but they said no. The stadium was easy to get out of which I thought might be a little difficult but I was wrong. We just called an uber to the mall next to it and all worked out great!

A good place to watch basketball and Miami Heat prelims.

Here you can find everything you need to have a good time and purchase Heat accessories.

The traffic arrangements can be quite congested, so you should be prepared for that. It is worth finding out about bus route changes and bus stop changes.

I visited in January of 2020 to Celine Dion's COURAGE world tour concert. The acoustics/sound system were exceptional and visuals were great.
The service and staff were exceptional and quality. When booking tickets it is advised to check using a third party affiliate site to see the view from the seat. If you do this before you will be satisfied with your selection and no problems at the event.

I must add that regardless which selection, you do get a good viewing from even up top on high. So book your tickets and arrive early and enjoy your game or concert.

Being disabled is not an easy thing especially around a huge crowd, I was very impressed how accommodating it was for me on this particular occasion. Crew seemed very organize trying to get ppl in through parking & security, however, process was a bit slow but it could also be due to the massive crowd. Arriving there early is highly recommend.

This venue is so incredibly poorly managed. From the food service folks to the event staff. Several horrible things happened while I was there to see Kevin Hart including:
1) I witnessed an event staff member punch a guest several times. She was finally pulled off the man by her co-worker. She needs to lose her job.
2) Another event staff member tried to start a fight with another guest but that guest's friend convinced her to walk away.
3) The event staff brought us to our seats in the absolute wrong section. We didn't even know until about halfway through the 2nd comedian's act.
4) The food service folks don't tell you that you need to order using a computer terminal and wait for your food and there are no signs directing you to do that. Consequently, more than 1 person stood in line, inadvertently holding up the line.

The venue should hire staff members that aren't so trashy and maybe take more pride in their work
