FAR too many of the stores clearly display a Don't Care attitude, and the use of the word 'Upscale' in any of the marketing (also seen here on Trip Advisor) is actually rather comical.
Several storefronts are now empty, and others have very few, or zero, customers. They are writing their own destiny here.
Good luck.

We were expecting CocoWalk to be a larger shopping area, and I am sure it was at some point--or will be at some point--but right now it seems somewhat empty. There are some anchoring restaurants (The Cheesecake Factory, Duffy's Sports Bar), a Starbucks and Fat Tuesday, and a movie theatre. Otherwise, there isn't much there for shopping, and there are far too many shops that aren't open to really make this a place one would want to spend much time at.

An open air shopping arcade, located in Coconut Grove. The guide books point it out as a good spot to visit, but it seemed quite ordinary when we were there on a Monday. Many shops not open and some just plain vacant. It may have been a destination at some time earlier, but would not be worth going out of your way, now.

The new, upscale Cocowalk reflects the neighborhood's increasingly upscale vibe. Great restaurants, sophisticated shopping and a very attractive, affluent clientele. Very different and MUCH better than the "old" Cocowalk. A great asset to what is clezrly Miami's best neighborhood.

Of the best places to visit in Miami, my favorite restaurant is Botanical, has the best waiter, my son Jean (my son) the place is beautiful, steps from the best butters (ice cream) of Sweet and Salty, try the one that says Guava and cheese, you will see the glory. Cinema is super cute and fine too, in short the perfect place. Finally you have a little square in the middle of all the restaurants to sit under umbrellas and have a chat.

There was a time when this place could even be considered fancy, fun, entertainment and night life. Today is just a rebuilding corner. Dont come here, traffic is complicated, no more stores, no more bars and the sight seing. It will reborn in the future.

Cocowalk, once a great attraction has fallen on hard times, several empty stores greet visitors on both the first and second levels. The mall is not being maintained the same way it was before. If you have to go to the Grove, then try The knife a great restaurant or firkins pub, both great restaurants.

As a local I've been in Cocowalk many times before. They have a mix of bars, restaurants and expensive shops in the heart of Coconut grove. It is a fun place to go to, mostly during weekend nights. Highly recommended.

Was disappointed as the mall with Fat Tuesday looking out over the walk was completely demolished with new construction going on. We did have an excellent lunch at one of the restaurangs there so it wasn't a bust, just not what we expected.

We were disappointed to find Cocowalk under renovation with almost nothing but the Gap and the movie theater open.

Hello! I am a student, but currently I need to earn some money. So, I wonder if I could work in any store, restaurant or movie theater in COCO WALK. I am a social person, nice and open to learn some skills to provide the best services. I wait for an answer. Thank you

Are the restaurants open on 24th and 25th of December?

I wouldn't recommend going to Coco Walk -- it is basically a mall.
Uber to Miami or South Beach for a better time.
