Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. The spa is outside a restaurant so people eating and the smell of curry did not lend itself to a peaceful experience. While a lovely person, the guide only spoke Spanish and as an English speaking customer I couldn't understand her. When be taken to the massage room you have to outside the spa near the restaurant again. My masseuse was good but spent way too long on the bottom of my feet. Considering the price is over $250.00 for a 90 minute massage I was EXTREMELY disappointed

My wife booked a relaxing couples massage. The massage was good and relaxing, however the spa experience was not so well. To start, the bathrooms inside the spa were dirty, showers backed up leaving in standing soapy water. Towels looked and felt old and worn out. The spa ran out of spa towels and used yellow and white pool towels. To make matters worse, after coming back from pool, I took man’s elevator to the second floor. When the doors closed elevator started shaking several times and took me to the third floor. The doors never open and left me stuck inside by myself for ten minutes. The emergency phone inside the elevator didn’t work and emergency bell malfunctioned. I was able to call my wife from my cellphone. She went downstairs to front desk to let them know of the situation. For all this trouble I barely got an “we sorry” response. Terrible customer experience. The place is not cheap and I expected a lot more customer service from Trump related products and services. Definitely not going back and not recommending this establishment.

I was able to use the facilities and was grateful I wasn’t a paying guest. The pool is lovely and the service was on brand. Super expensive, but that’s to be expected. The gym was sad. All
Of the equipment I used was broken in some way. I managed to get a peloton to work, but it couldn’t be adjusted so my upper body was off balance.
The worst experience was the spa. I travel a lot and always visit the spa for some me time. I can honestly say this was the most disappointing spa experience ever. I should have known that would be the case when I had to pay (tip included) BEFORE the service. The only reason to be here is the facilities. Except, They came and got me early for me treatment, so I didn’t have time to relax and enjoy. The treatment was okay. The best part was the heated head rest. The most disappointing part was the $35 scalp treatment. She rubbed my head for two minutes and called it good. Save your money and find a local spa that doesn’t hide behind the big name.

From start to finish Ana was amazing! She made me look and feel beautiful and was so extremely kind. The hydro facial is something everyone should experience!!! It is wonderful in every way and the results really are immediately noticeable!

Fantastic experience, highly recommend. All details were thought of, with registration you’re escorted to the locker room. Complete with infused water options, robes, slippers, towels, razors, and incidentals should you need them. The massage was great very relaxing. My favorite pet was by the hot tubs they had a bowl of wash clothes immersed in water, ice cubes and menthol. I held it to my face and inhaled and it felt amazing.

My husband and I had a couples massage at the Trump Doral Spa. We often have massages during vacations over the years at many different resorts and few stand out as good. Out experience here was more than outstanding, if I could give 10 stars I would! Our therapists were professional, knowledgeable, kind. Best experience ever!

I’m not going to rate the Spa as it doesn’t need to be rated as a 5 star at all. My rating is for Maritza who is skin care. If anyone can book a facial with Maritza... go for this wonderful experience. Recommend the rose facial. For over a decade I choose this spa because I choose Maritza. A healing recovery for skin and heart.

Staff was friendly but the service did not match the price. Little effort went into the actual pedicure, massaging, scrubbing, mask, overly aggressive with the clean up of the toes. Overall, not a great time. Would of gone elsewhere.

I just had one of the best massages today!
I was very lucky to have the massage done by Andry. He was amazing, very knowledgeable and very professional.
I’m definitely going to book my massage treatments at the Doral Spa and will love to get Andry again.
I feel great and recharged.

I joined my husband here on his golf trip. I was told that this place had an extensive spa, and was looking forward to it. Small things initially turned me off to this spa. The fact that when I arrived at 11 am and was given large spa slippers despite the fact that i wear a size 5.5 shoe really irritated me. I asked for a pair that fit, and was told that this was it. Ridiculous. For a place that advertises itself as luxurious, I started out annoyed, and things got worse. The facilities were just average. I am from New York and an accustomed to paying a premium for services, and they charged premium prices. However, the decor was very average, and appeared old. The person that did my massage worse a t-shirt and shorts, with running shoes. She spoke very minimal English. The room was cold, and when I mentioned that I preferred the room to be a little warmed, she pointed to a space heater on the floor and told me that it was on "high" already. The massage itself was so average, that I could have done about the same job myself, not having any training. The girl was so young that I didn't have the heart to tell her that she was not up to par. This was my experience.
