We visited the Center in our way into Orlando. It is a beautiful and educational facility that is well worth the stop. The highlight for us was seeing Bailey the Osprey who has has an incredible journey in her first year of life.

This is a very special place. Small but wonderful. Somewhere to see the eagles and hawks of Florida that have been rescued and cared for. Maybe a couple of hours worth of your time but what a great couple of hours. Only $8 entry, around...More

This is a lovely little place. All the birds are rehabilitated but cannot be returned to the wild. Good enclosures for viewing the birds. My favorites were the Screech Owls. All personnel we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. Worth the short drive from Orlando proper.

We thought this was well worth the drive from Orlando. Great opportunity to see birds of prey up close and learn about them. I'm only not giving 5 stars because the marshy wetlands area had a bit of garbage floating in the water - bottles,...More

This is a great place to see birds of prey up close. They do great work and very educational. I volunteered here as a young teen and later helped rehab birds here.

On a whim, my husband and I decided to visit this hidden gem late one afternoon. We arrived about 45 minutes before closing and were the only guests so we had the place to ourselves. The front desk volunteer greeted us, explained their mission (rescuing...More

You can see how these birds are rehabilitated . Some are released again, some are not if their injuries are too severe. Up close and personal with Eagles, Hawks and owls. There is an informative movie. Great way to spend a few hours.

Not positive, but I would think free. If I remember, it was $8 for adults.
