Nice size screen, ok seats, great alternative programming, BUT cmon your seating isnt that big an aisle coulda been on the side and not ruin the viewing with only seating off center available.....

We saw Bye, Bye Birdie and it was very pleasant. It ain't Broadway but it doesn't cost an arm and a leg either. Very comfortable playhouse to enjoy an afternoon of live theater.

An old movie theater dating back to the 30's that has been converted into a playhouse. Local productions with average talent. Since it is a small venue, all the seats are good.

Lake Worth was incorporated in 1910, and the playhouse is from the 1920's. It is old and charming, but the bathrooms are also old and a little fragile. Toilets are tricky. They continue to have a great variety of shows, and a great experience overall.

This represents the best and the worst of Lake Worth. Because of its NY and Chicago roots, its proximity to FAU and PBCC, and the town's reputation as an artistic colony, the talent is clearly evident. What it has going for it is effort. What...More

I have had season tickets to the Playhouse for years. Some of the actors are unpaid and all the shows have been excellent. Recently saw Evita - awesome. There are many one night shows as well. They have a children's conservatory. Great entertainment.
