Very nice trip out to the reef. Water was choppy from the wind but the boat and the crew handled everything in top fashion. Saw lots of beautiful fish and coral. Bryce and Sharky made the experience even better with their knowledge and hospitality.

We had a great trip even though it was pretty rough water, Captain Bryce and First Mate Nate made it very enjoyable. They gave us plenty of time in the water and entertained the kids on board. We will definitely go with them again.

My husband and I took this trip on our honeymoon! Bruce and Nate were both wonderful! And we had a great experience! We would recommend to anyone looking to snorkel in Key Largo. They took us to a great spot and we saw a lot of wildlife!

We had a great morning snorkeling with Sharkey and Captain Bryce. Great trip! This crew was very professional and helpful with all of the first time snorkelers onboard. These guys were very hard workers and did a wonderful job. Please remember to tip the crew! They work hard and should be tipped.

My husband and I were in Key Largo for a babymoon and chose Keys Divers for a snorkeling tour. We chose this company as they were the only ones to offer a longer tour that included both a shallow reef as well as a stops at Christ of the Abyss. The service was exceptional throughout the booking process. I called with a few questions and the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and friendly. The website is easy to navigate, and email communications were clear and timely. We first booked our tour on a Wednesday but received a notice two days prior that there was risk of unfavorable weather, and then a day prior the tour was cancelled. I immediately emailed and asked for other options - they followed up quickly and we ended up getting on a tour that Friday. The service after the booking was average but our overall experience was still good. The parking lots are tiny and crowded but we somehow found a spot. There are bathrooms with showers at the dock but they are pretty gross - we were planning on showering there after our tour before heading to the airport but opted not to because they didn’t seem clean. Once we got on the boat (there were 30 passengers total), we were greeted by the boat captain and the dive master. We were then told the conditions were too rough to go out to the Christ of the Abyss and were given the option to leave. Weather is obviously not in their control but it would have been nice to hear that news before we were all settled on the boat - perhaps an email in the morning or even a comment as we checked in? The captain also warned us of really rough waves and potential for sea sickness…this made me a bit nervous but in reality I was totally fine and the water actually didn’t seem rough to me - even sitting on the upper deck. We ended up going to two different shallow reefs since we had paid for two hours of dive time. The reefs were beautiful and very shallow (at times only 3-5ft) - we saw a lot of fish and a sea turtle. The gear (snorkels, goggles, fins and inflatable vests) was functional - they apparently have pool noodles for you to use if you’re not a strong swimmer. The “dive master” was friendly but with a title like that I was expecting some sort of instruction or education on the reef, wildlife, or diving in general. In reality he just made sure everyone was safe and had anti-fog in their goggles. Would be great if the staff interacted a bit more with us during the ride - giving us info on what we might see during the dive. Things I wish I had known beforehand - food is allowed on the boat and there is a cooler to store anything you might want to keep cool. Also, I got very sunburned despite applying sunscreen twice - if you are fair skinned you may want a rash guard. Finally, you are requested to arrive 30 min before your reservation time - luckily I read this in the email beforehand, but it’d be easy to miss. Overall, I’m glad we went and it was a good experience but there are ways they could improve to make this a 5-star experience.
