I wouldn't put a huge amount of time on one side to visit this place but it is worth a short visit. It is closed on Mondays but Tuesday to Saturday it is open 10am to 5pm and Sundays noon until 5pm. The historic village...More

This is described as "Old Florida" and I believe it goes back to the late 1800's. The village is set under lots of trees, it has a few shops, some businesses and a couple of restaurants. The shops seemed dated as well as the merchandise...More

This is a hidden gem. The buildings are sweet and the gardens are lovely. We had a wonderful lunch in the Tea Room (chicken salad). I can see how this would be a wonderful place for a wedding. We were disappointed with the lack of...More

We spent a beautiful Sunday afternoon at Cauley Square. We are from Miami and this reminded us of the lush Coconut Grove Gardens without the chaos. Very relaxing. We ate well at Village Chalet, outside with views of the gardens and nice music. Did some...More

Great venue if you like being outdoors and visiting charming shops. The trees provide a canopy as you stroll from shop to shop. I liked the raccoons that roamed the village, ignoring us humans.

This is kind of a unique shopping area of nice little older buildings under large shaded trees on both sides of a nice quiet street just off U.S 1 highway. It was fun walking along the bricked sidewalks that connect all the shops up and...More

Such a lovely idea, this little village is. Alas it is in need of a lot of TLC, repairs and revitalisation. Many of the shops have very interesting artsy ware for sale, and you can see that they do make an effort to fix up...More

Just by chance we came to read about this historic place. There are quite a few small shops, some local artists have their paintings and stained glass pieces for sale. There is also a tea room, lush foliage, fountains and lovely canopy of trees all...More
