Came to Spring Vale Winery, Freycinet Coast- WOW.
Had the Charcuterie platter & vintage Chardonnay.
Heading back to tasting cellar now for more delightful wine samples.

The Spring Vale tasting room is set in what looks like old stables. Great setting.
Unfortunately the tasting was more an exercise in being served a handful of tiny glasses of wine.

This was the first one to visit and also one of the best bit to say the best. Great talk with the person helping us. Telling and explaining us everything about wines in Tasmania. A must go if you want to visit some wineries.
