Our family met some friends for a day trip over from Daytona/Ormond. We had a blast swimming in the springs (be prepared for the cold water temperature!), renting a canoe for an hour of paddling (we saw osprey, jumping fish and an alligator), and eating...More

We went kayaking. Ate lunch in the VERY BUSY restaurant. Rode on the nature pontoon boat. The kayaking was easy. The food and service was good. The nature boat ride was very interesting.

We packed a picnic lunch and came to play in the beautiful springs. There were many tables/grills for the picnic. We have enjoyed making the pancakes at our table in previous visits. The spring is refreshing and so beautiful.

I did an open water dive in the spring to continue my scuba training. The water is chilly but really clear. The trees are very majestic and dripping with Spanish Moss. Beautiful place to have a picnic and the restaurant is fantastic for breakfast. The...More

I just love this park, it's so beautiful. We visited on a Friday and arrived at about 10:30, and while there were several school buses worth of summer camp groups there, there was still plenty of room to stake a spot for our things. We...More

Other than the restaurant (which I am reviewing separately) the park is good, but not great enough for my family to make such a long drive, not with other springs and better kayaking opportunities closer to home. The springs are lovely, the same temperature all...More
