The person who checked us in was not very motivated, a lesson in customer service might be appropriate. Captain Tom was quite entertaining and made it fun. He is very knowledgeable. 3 hours is too long, especially since we passed by the same place more...More

We had heard about swimming with the manatees, but really didn't know what to expect. We had Captain Tom and his wife/first mate "Princess Marcia". They're a cute team. Capt. Tom really knows his stuff, and is a very funny guy, making the trip more...More

The accommodations in the boat were very comfortable. The captain went right to the places where we could see the Manatees and take pictures of their surroundings in the best possible area. I felt the trip was definitely worth the money and would recommend it...More

Captain Scott was knowledgeable and was more than happy to answer any and all questions we had. We were fortunate to see quite a few manatees. We also spotted an osprey guarding her nest. We are glad we chose Captain Mike's.

We are sorry that you were disappointed. This price is the standard for the industry. I would also add that the "Eco-Tour" is not a Manatee Tour, it is a tour of the bay and is advertised this way. All of our manatee tours are...More

We are very sorry that you did not enjoy your swim. Visibility is a difficult thing to predict; manatees are wild animals and do not always hang around the same areas, sometimes they are in areas that are not as visible, also there are so...More

Went out with Captain Mike's with Tom and had a wonderful time! If you're a couple looking for a cool adventure in this part of Florida, I would highly recommend going out with Captain Mike's for a manatee adventure.

We have a 3 hour Gold tour that is semi-private, and a 5 hour Platinum that is semi-private. Both are adequate in-water time, however on days where manatees can be difficult to find the 5 hour affords you the opportunity to... More
