Why fight the traffic when all you have to do is go downtown Clearwater, park your car in their lot for free, and get a really nice view while traveling to the beach side.

Parking at Harborview Center and taking the ferry over was the best decision we could have made. Plenty of parking at Harborview Center and the ferry was just steps away. The ferry let us off right at the end of the marina and the marina...More

Discovered this was available 1 block from our stay at North Beach so we took a trip downtown and back. Later in the evening we got on for a night ride and just rode along for an evening cruise. 1 hour round trip $8/adult.

Not only can you beat the beach causeway traffic, you stand a real good chance of seeing Dolphins in the wild. A relaxing way to and from downtown Clearwater, it’s great for residents and tourists alike.

Given the often heavy traffic on the causeway between downtown Clearwater and Clearwater Beach, plus the high cost of parking anywhere near Clearwater Beach, taking the ferry is a good choice for carefree travel across the harbor. The cost is very reasonable at $8 roundtrip...More

Take Cleveland Street west toward the harbor. Lots of free parking after you pass the Harborview Center building, which is on the corner of Cleveland Street and Osceola Avenue.
