This course was so much fun! I did the course with my teenage sons. My 15 year old did all 5 levels but my 13 year old and I just did 1-4.
The staff was welcoming and friendly. They walked us through the training and made sure that we understood everything and could do it before they moved to the next thing. The practice area is nice if you need more time to get comfortable with the gear. Ryan was our guide on the ground for courses 1-3 and he was outgoing and friendly. He also helped us after we had finished the course.
There are only a few things that I feel could make it better. We have done other similar courses in other states and the price is about the same but the other courses allow you to do the courses as many times as you want or repeat sections of the course where this one does not. My 15 year old whipped through all 5 courses and wanted to show his dad the 5th level but he couldn’t do it again. I also found it weird that to do the 5th course you have to leave the 4th halfway though. It would have been nice to have an area for smaller children as well.
We would definitely do this again though and still found it worth the 3.5 hour drive!

This facility is top notch. I would definitely recommend going. It has a lot of trees so a good part of the course is in the shade. It is set up for non-climbers to enjoy walking the trails and taking pictures of the climbers. The staff is very friendly and encouraging. the company takes safety very seriously. I love the double locking magnetized system that pretty much ensures the climber is strapped in at all times.

My husband and I did the course for our 7 year anniversary and loved it. We were quite prepared to do the whole course which takes about 4-5hrs and we would’ve loved to, but weren’t properly nourished. Next time we come, we’ll bring several snacks or a lunch bc you really need to re-up your energy. It’s a fantastic, super challenging course and we look forward to trying it again:)

The coupon was for zip- lining only and they wanted another $50.00 for the obstacle coarse so the fun was very limited.

We did the zipline only package. Staff were generally friendly although some were a bit impatient. The zipline itself is very underwhelming-very short, must have been less than 15 seconds. The entire tree course might be a better experience. Facilities looked safe and instructions were clear.

We had a blast, just wish more guides were along the course to help out. As it got more difficult, it would have been nice to have some help. Overall, it was much more challenging than I expected. But a great group activity.

Thank you for your review and your visit. I'm so glad to hear you had a blast playing in the trees with us. One of our trained Guides has eyes on you at all times during your adventure. During the training at the beginning of your adventure, we instruct guest if they need or want any additional assistance to call out "Guide, Guide, Guide" and a trained guide will be right over to help you out with anything you may need. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the challenge and found us to be a great group activity. -Amariah D.

5 star !!! They begin with introductories and a short video. In no time you are out at the practice course learning how the gear works. It seems a little overwhelming at first but takes no time to get used to. Rescue guides are all over the course ensuring safe and fun remain top priorities. Well worth the four dollar water pass and three fifty for a pair of gloves. You can bring your own gloves which is recommended. Visitors may want to consider picnicking on site to maximize the experience.

This is one of my favorite places! My friend and I go every other day with the summer pass and we love it. It’s challenging and super fun. The staff is amazing! Super friendly and helpful. You’ll definitely need gloves and water, which they have for a small fee (or you can bring your own.) If you are debating wether or not to go...just do it! You’ll love it!
